Welcome to the Dignity at Work e-learning module.  
Employers are responsible for preventing bullying and harassing behaviour. Bullying and harassment can create an unhappy and unproductive environment for all. This course looks at how to create a positive work environment in which everyone is treated with dignity and respect.

Objectives

By the end of this programme, you will be familiar with Dignity at Work Policy and will be able to:

  • Describe the difference between bullying, harassment and sexual harassment.
  • Outline the process for making and resolving complaints.
  • Identify local Support Contact Persons and other sources of advice and support that can help you.
